The relational approach between university and business is of particular importance in the fields of education and research. Since there is a dynamic of mutually beneficial exchange between the two universes. The relationship in question highlights the role of interaction phenomena in exchanges and looks at the entire relationship between the two partners. The central objective of our article is to highlight the main levers capable of developing an adequate partnership between the company and the university in Algeria. The results obtained using a questionnaire survey show the importance of the relationship between the two actors.
