The impact of organizational learning on the process of change at the port enterprises in the Algerian East

Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of the organizational learning on the process of change at the port enterprises in the Algerian East, based on the descriptive analytical approach a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 356 workers from different administrative levels, as was done using descriptive and inferential statistics methods to analyze the study and test its hypotheses using the spss program.
The results indicated that the ratio of the effect of organizational learning raises the process of change in the port enterprises in the Algerian East is high and was estimated at 74.8% and this requires the enterprises to pay attention to organizational learning because of its great importance in the process of changing the performance of the enterprises and ressing its competitiveness.
